Fresh seasonal / tropical fruit platter with nuts and seeds and yogurt or yofu.(main or starter)

Glass of fruit juice.

Full Traditional English: Bacon, sausages, mushrooms,potato cakes,tomatoes,beans and fried or poached egg.

Vegetarian/ Vegan: Tofu beanie/soya sausages potato cake with beans, mushrooms,tomatoes.

smoked salmon* and scrambled eggs .Smoked mackeral* /herring* with oat cakes.
